The Process
-
My journey with you begins with a consultation, either over the phone or in person. During this meeting, we’ll discuss goals and objectives for the photoshoot. Whether photos are needed for a portfolio, website, or marketing efforts, I’m there to help. This is also the time when the licensing of the photos will be discussed.
-
Before the photoshoot, a scouting session may be scheduled depending on the project. If scouting is necessary, I’ll spend time on location taking test shots. This helps determine the best angles and compositions and serves as a guide for shoot day. I’ll send watermarked versions of the test shots for your feedback and approval, and the selected images will serve as references for the final shoot.
-
On the day of the photoshoot, please ensure the location is prepared and that I have access to all areas that will be photographed.
-
After the photoshoot, I’ll begin the editing process. Final, edited photos are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on the number of images and level of editing required.
-
My rates are based on time onsite, either a half day (4–5 hours) or a full day (6–8 hours), plus a per-image fee. A standard usage license is included, covering use in personal publications such as portfolios, social media, and company websites, etc.
-
For licensing beyond personal publication, usage will be assessed and a custom quote provided.
Any third-party usage requests must be referred directly to me.
